Personio
2023 — present
At Personio, I’m part of the Workflow Automation team, where I helped launch the Workflow Builder to general availability and now focus on evolving it to drive growth and differentiation. I also lead design for Employment Changes, one of our most strategic company initiatives, setting the vision, strategy, and direction. Beyond product work, I collaborate closely with senior leadership and design peers to connect automation to the bigger picture — across our product, business goals, and customers’ day-to-day work.

Shopify
2021 — 2023
At Shopify, I was part of the Growth organization, designing experiences that helped merchants start, stay, and scale their businesses. I worked across acquisition, retention, and monetization, setting UX visions for Retention and Upsells, and redesigning the subscription checkout — a project that increased conversion rates and added $17M in gross profit in its first iteration. I also built design systems for the sign-up flow to speed up experimentation and mentored designers within the team. Working in Growth was hands down one of my most rewarding experiences — fast-paced, data-driven, and focused on real impact.




Wunder Mobility
2018 — 2021
I joined Fleetbird as the first designer and sixth employee, helping the company find product-market fit and scale the customer base by 10× to six million shared rides annually. After our acquisition by Wunder Mobility, I worked with leadership to build a design team from the ground up — establishing processes, a design system, and a culture of craft and collaboration. It was a rare opportunity to grow with a product from early startup to acquisition and beyond.
